2024 Motivation

Mid-February here at CalCon, and we are off to a good start early in 2024.

We’ve had yet more success with our staff passing their various CITB tests (who knew pre-exam nerves were still a thing at this stage in life!?) and applying for their CSCS cards.

on 6th February, our whole team attended a day of time management training with Tickety Boo, right next door to us here at the Keir & Cawder Estate. A comprehensive and coherent day, with many good resolutions made and (so far) kept up! CalCon successes were highlighted at the start of our session, which made for a motivating session.
