If you have to cancel a course within one calendar month of the start date we are unfortunately unable to refund your payment. However, you are welcome to send someone else in your place provided you update us with the details (name, contact and any special requirements) as soon as possible.
We will endeavour to never cancel a training course ourselves, but occasionally exceptionally bad weather, staff illness or other circumstances outwith our control will necessitate this. If a course is cancelled we will give as much notice as possible, and you will be offered first chance to book on another course or receive a full refund if you prefer.
Many of our courses involve being outdoors, which means that there is a slightly higher chance than usual the course could be cancelled due to bad weather. We would advise that you check your phone before leaving for the starting point in case the course has to be cancelled on the day.
Many courses involve a lot of group discussion, and so we recommend a minimum of six participants. If the numbers are not at this level two weeks before the course date we will advise you, and you can choose to cancel (with full refund) or move to another date if you prefer.
